Englandwoche der 3HS

Sidmouth is a lovely seaside town in Devon where students of class 3HS once a year spend ten days to improve their English.

We saw a lot of interesting animals, but some of them can be dangerous. You have to be careful, for example: Don't feed the seagulls! They are aggressive and might steal your food.

We went to the donkey sanctuary (which is a huge charity in the UK) where rescued donkeys are kept. Don't pat the donkeys! They might bite.

On Dartmoor there are lots of sheep, nice-looking black and white cows and cute ponies. Don't touch the ponies! They are famous, but wild animals. Some students had pets (e.g. cats, rabbits and guinea-pigs) in their host families. We think there are more dogs than people in Sidmouth.

We loved our stay and want to go back there soon!
